admaciaszek 0 Posted December 2, 2019 I love the look mechanical digital watches they combine the practicality of a digital watch with the class and analog feel of normal watches. The Movements are usually very unique but are there any of this kind that have been repped? There are some on sketchy websites but I haven’t seen a trusted dealer have them yet. Here are some examples of the jumping hour and minute watches: A. Lange & Sohne Zeitwerk Devon Tread A1 F.P. GenTLe 1,510 Posted December 2, 2019 None repped anything like that. One can think that "it shouldn't be "that hard, just replace the hands with disks and put on top a dial. But it's not that easy. To have the "jump" you must have ultra precise coupling with a spring that makes the minute and hour to "jump" at exactly the perfect time, not at all an easy thing. Plus you have the drag on the movement due to the spring progressive load, again something not easy to do.
