warcelo 0 Posted January 19, 2020 Hey all Does anyone know anything about this new Datejust from BP factory? Looks like it is new and has an asian movement. I don't know anything about Ladies DJ so I need help evaluating this one for the wife! What would be a good trusted dealer to get this one from? Who has the best relationship with BP factory?https://www.trustytime02.cc/index.ph...ducts_id=19838http://www.qcpics.com/index.php/RDJ0326B/IMG_7842 Thank you! Rx4Time 1,472 Posted January 19, 2020 Generally I suggest avoiding diamond indices. The replica always has a smaller diamond versus the gold surround. Just compare a close up of the diamond with gold surround of a genuine date just versus the one linked and you'll see the difference. This is something that is visible and can be seen without a loup. Not necessarily a deal breaker but depending on the crowd that your wife is friends with if they're familiar it is a pretty easy tell.
warcelo 0 Posted January 19, 2020 Thanks RX4Time I will look into this, I don't think it is a deal-breaker but I will consider not getting the diamond one.
Rx4Time 1,472 Posted January 19, 2020 Here's the one you linked.... Here's a genuine for comparison The main issues are the diamond surrounds and the bezel height. The bezel height is something that no rep factory gets right and is the easiest tell from arms length.
