Sifu Whitey 53 Posted February 4, 2020 My Seiko "TV" is my favorite of these because I always remember my father wearing one in the 1970's. I searched and finally found this one, which I put onto a genuine horned back crocodile strap that color matched the dial. A sort of retro modernized thing.

It is unusually fantastic (IMHO), and aside from the sentimental memories of my Dad, I just love the retro look all on its own. And I searched for quite a while to find one in this good of a condition. Considering the Seiko serial number decoder says it was made in March 1972, I'm quite happy. In fact, I love the retro look of the '70's Seiko TV so much, I saw this Rado Manhattan and stopped in my tracks. I just had to stop and look at and admire it... and then buy it!
