So I was walking past the AD..... DOUBLE FISTING WRISTIE ADDED

Recommended Posts

I've had a WTB for a Hamilton triangular watch, but no takers.  So, today, Clare and  I happened to be walking through the Milton Keynes shopping centre,  and spotted a display in Earnest Jones.  I had to go in, didn't I?  Fortunately, Clare was wearing her Longines, and I had my Breitling on, so no concerns about going in wearing a rep.  Naturally, I was the only one who was interested in a Hamilton.     Unfortunately, right next to the one I wanted to look at was a "lady" version.  So to cut a long story short, 24 hours late, we both had Valentine Day presents.

Oh, very nice! One of the most recognisable watches ever, with some great history thanks to Elvis and the MiBs! :D

Congrats!

Not really my cup of tea Tom but wouldn’t mind a wrist shot?

She's just finished watching EastEnders and is now watching Casualty.  There are some things that take priority over a wrist shot!!!

Congrats!  I use to be sort of meh.. about this one but that has changed.  I love the uniqueness of this piece. It is now the #1 watch on my watch list.

Awesome watches.

You tell her while she's watching Casualty.  I'm not brave enough.

I’m with @WatchDog21, I was indifferent about this watch until they appeared in a couple of Men In Black movies. Liked the movies but loved the look of the watch. Both different and classic at the same time. Good catch.

Its a shame Robin Leach isn't still around as this thread would have been included on his 'Lifestyles' program. :D

Congrats Tom and Clare- a lovely gift to eachother.
