Howitzer 1,974 Posted February 22, 2020 Watch looks very genuine to me, as does the bezel protector
Rokerite 2,446 Posted February 22, 2020 £2,500 for a year old two tone Submariner? Too cheap to be true . That is the genuine bezel protector I think though.
Realism 72 Posted February 22, 2020 (edited) The SEL gaps on the bracelet is suspicious.... Otherwise, gens do get sold with that bezel protector Talked to a friend who has sharper eyes, that says i maybe looking at shadows... Adit 642 Posted February 22, 2020 I love the bi-metal sub. I tried on the genuine (exactly the same as the above), a few months ago. Beautiful watch! The seller dropped the price from £8450 to £8000 Now £5500 already!! As realism says, more than four days to go still....

You know how an auction works right? I only bid in the last 30seconds.
strictlyroots 2 Posted February 22, 2020 I wouldn't want to speculate from pics for soemthing of that value. You don't need to though as collection is in person in London. If I won the auction I'd meet near an AD and then take it in to get the bracelet resized. I've done this a couple of times at Watches of Switerland. Bond st charged me 25GBP, Regent St was free and I took a glass of champagne while I waited. If you do get charged, keep the receipt and you won't have to pay again for another rolex bracelet adjustment at any other branch.

GingerApple 7,304 Posted February 22, 2020 Would the fact it's the seller's only ever sale on eBay put you regular eBayers off or not?

GingerApple 7,304 Posted February 22, 2020 Okay, I have no idea about eBay. I can't find any other stuff he's sold. Where do I find it?

Click on his feedback score, then click "Feedback as a seller". Simples x Edit: don't know how to do it on the mobile site, only the proper PC one.

Yeah I mean I sell Rolexes every week I get what you mean, but reality is if it’s a private sale it’s likely to be a one off. I still scout out his previous and current sales, might sound judgmental but if he’s only sold bric-a-brac then I wide berth. when I bought my Pam off eBay, the guy was clearly a ex collector/AD as there was about £100k of them in current and previous sales. If the seller allows you to collect in person and you can take it to an AD, then that's good enough I would suggest
Adit 642 Posted February 24, 2020 £10109...and counting.........
k4jun 251 Posted February 24, 2020 It is gen, but who the fuck is willing to pay £10 k for this dog??? It is 12k Euro. New 116613LN costs 13,6k Euro and on secondary market they do not have any premium. My mate has bought one so he could leverage the uplift in a waitlist for Hulk. He put it on m2m and no-one wanted it. Eventually he's sold the watch to watch dealer with 1.8k Euro loss.
