Question about Rolex SD4000 bracelet

Recommended Posts

FunnyStarSystem

I purchased an SD 4000 (116600) from BK many years ago, he sources from Noobfactory, it needs a new bracelet. Does anybody know if a 116610 bracelet will also fit a 116600? If so I can just get it from Raffles. Thanks.

Below is the actual watch,

Since nobody has an answer, I went and found my own :D I will share for future reference.

Turns out the SD 4000 116600 has its very own unique end links and permanent links under bracelet code 97400. So a bracelet off a 116610 (code 97200) will not fit as intended without the dedicated 97400 end links (and vice versa).

However, I can swap out everything below the permanent links for 97200 no problem, and use the 116610's perfect glide clasp instead of the double extending monstrosity on the 97400.

So if anyone out there ever needs a bracelet swap for an SD 4000, that's how it's done. Don't lose those end links, they're hard to come by!
