I might give it some consideration. Haven't bought a rep in a little while as I've been concentrating on my vintage collection, of mainly Seikos. Also considering commencing a vintage Omega collection since I already have about 4 or 5 pieces.

Mine is so old that when I bought it from Mary she was married to Rochest and they were called Watch International. "Best case set" and a now unobtanium 4813 with the tall canon pinion. Has to be 7 or 8 years old and still runs great.

Much replaced... movement, hands , stem/tube/crown etc, etc. Like you...I prefer the look of ali bezel. I'm really pleased with the end result.

This orange one of mine has a gen insert (allegedly!). And I missed my black one so much that the wonderful rikracy took pity and sold it back to me (after having had all the work required done on it and adding a gen crown).
