It was a TSWatch custom aged version. When they first released it, TSWatch had an offer where you could either buy the watch all shiny and new looking, or for an extra $100 ish, they'd age the markers/hands as above. So basically, it's their stock 6542 aged before delivery. They no longer sell it in exactly the same way. They have since set up a separate site, 'Vintage Power Time' which offers a number of hand aged, vintage watches.
