Bell & Ross BR03-92 BI Compass

Looks much nicer in the metal than the slightly tizzy teal in photos,  which don't really do the depth in the dial justice . The hour hand is a rotating disc as well

122 miles? Not exactly down the road... I'm only 78 miles from RAF Scampton... but being ex RAF I saw the Red Arrows as a bunch of trumped up $%#@**! I had to work alongside Red 11 once - the manager - total arse... sure it was a lovely Dinner though! Nice watch...their Brand sponsorship is clearly improving...

Actually I'm only 20 miles away and whilst connected in supply chain with my business my mate is a Flt Lt based there. Get to go to all the bashes at B of B, Dambusters Raid and Xmas / Burns Night.

Met Johnny Johnson a couple of years back, we've had numerous BBMF flypasts and yes the pilots can be a bit aloof but now Ex Red One Martin Pert was a gent.

I do miss the social life...very jealous...left far too soon but 4 yearly postings, marriage and kids were not a good mix....Still it pretty much set up my taste in watches...
