RWI Problem? Down?

Over the last few days I have been having problems getting on to RWI. Can anyone please help? [mention]Glaude [/mention] thanks.

I've had this report from another user, mobile too, he resolved it by clearing his web browser cache on the phone

As for your tapatalk problem, it's a tapatalk issue it seems

I have just tried this but still not working.

So far over last 3 days I have:

reset network settings
Reset phone
Deleted cache
Logged out and in of tapa


It’s so strange as RWG and RG work fine. I have also spoken to Tapatalk and they have checked and said all is fine on there end.

Any other suggestions please??

I have now tried the following:


reset network settings
Reset phone
Deleted cache
Logged out and in of tapa
Reinstalled Tapatalk.
Tried using Tapatalk via WiFi and via 3G.
Logged out on desktop.

I have just reset my phone again and I am now able to use the forum on tapa (not sure if a coincidence). Will see how long it works for today

I can access the forum with the latest Android tapatalk just fine.

Same on mobile.

The plugin version of Tapatalk we are running is outdated from two minor version and none of the fix in those new version are regarding such problems, but I'll see on having the plugin updated

I just tried on an account that I've never connected with Tapatalk before, everything working fine there. If there was a global issue with tapatalk, I would get many reports and errors in my logs, here I've got nothing.

The forum has never been designed or intended to work with Tapatalk, it's merely a very annoying courtesy offered to member.

Did you tried without being logged in to see if you manage to get access to the forum ? What about the mobile version of it via the mobile browser, same issue ?

Are you using your Wifi or Data plan on your mobile to connect ?
