GulfGT40 3,162 Posted August 7, 2020 (edited) I've been quite taken by this brand after picking up a couple of secondhand watches for not alot of money. Out of interest I had a look on ebay to see what was on offer when I found the Lawrence GMT. At the time it was listed at $189au so I thought I'd take a punt. Now I don't know if it was an error but they've now jacked them up to $342. Still not a bad watch at that price in my opinion. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Ingersoll-IN3218BK-Lawrence-Gmt-Automatic/124273819862?_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item1cef4c00d6:g:g-8AAOSw9Xhdg34T&enc=AQAFAAACcBaobrjLl8XobRIiIML1V4Imu%2Fn%2BzU5L90Z278x5ickklJDzmRdiieSSbTbZH6Q5CaxVgo3R9R%2FqGJTW%2BhLCCec9B2DMpHX9CXCicfEjzNkfF46mYB3hjzf36%2BIfp4nkuAdqLet8Ry9VLXjohd33HscmfuE6AoVMuQuT2GrsbWuDAcU9vgWpzeXSaN95sqEfLqLA36gW0snNRcEW01h5edbig3HfLehlMkB%2F%2BCd%2BIXgpDUB3VenGbs%2FO6xefko61IirTgvFoVX2g%2B8%2F6KlMuLWgo4tk41GV1xjik6yJrd6EDuFtNzG5PGS67lNIASD16nSOeuErXMfX%2BXSREUhJab%2FlEtdS8FUk75nW70yGRfCGFiX9ZozTswgfTtua5pzuA%2B6rRhnE3Avc%2FS42nJ41DvQHnaVJKMxv1%2Fp%2FD%2FL4vNi2JF3fEkcc3vFSc88JuqwBmeTyNdovjgJdurrhUbJF5s%2BLOB%2Fdn%2F8qrGZTxZfS4mlOhVT6cVfc8FdMCMl6Tj3XTqLySe2r%2Bk1JvnaxLbSmLyqAq2gFAkbxYtrUsseM9hyEvsHShTaTRTIY5ybXSoQ6%2BBmXa%2FP6G6ti5iYVBMAgrvjUUoeAIWUt9D9bwDnQWycKCPIITzVOvdXpqIC%2B7ZJxFewlOAddxcJMYFmO24oe%2FBl6F65%2FhyXUrQdFQI0e7L%2BU5nCZNVrNt%2FpbVL8kIZKCsMiiFvwbp6oy6rrzutqKq3wEVa24XoWF2QCCvSTcBNOxwvkqEzk8E8%2FjeXFP5wsyQe6OEzQCltr0a8Ahrh19i8D3Wa0dvQf8DNK1UTCx8jgxXrsHbFyKFx22ltg4RZpN4Dw%3D%3D&checksum=12427381986264282ed80de9469e8487aab55695e43b It is a big watch at 46mm x 15mm with the oversize pushers stretching it out even further. Although quite imposing it wears well and the thick leather strap is super comfortable, the buckle has a bit of a Panerai vibe. It seems to be well built, details and engraving are nice as always. One thing I did notice is that it has a small cyclops/ magnifier for the date that is set behind the dial. Haven't seen this before and hopefully it is legible in the photo Lume is good, not Seiko good but lights up easily and stays lit for a decent period. And finally my family of Ingersolls with more on the way! Edited August 7, 2020 by GulfGT40

Haha beat me too it, yeah chinese movement and probably complete manufacture, found this review when I started thinking about grabbing it, he's saying possibly seagull? Couldn't find anything more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CE4TYWoUU7o Pushers operate the day of week and month. GMT hand can also be set.

It comes in various versions with the number of chronos varying. Also with moonphase and power reserve. I've got a couple of watches with versions of that in it. I am not sure its a Seagull, it could be. You can see them on CousinsUK.

I keep looking at the gauges on the Ingersoll-Rand compressor at work thinking, hmm crisp dials, legible font, man these guys should be making watches. Wonder what the lumes like?
