pjsayer 1 Posted June 8, 2011 Hey Guys I recently purchased a SMP Black rep from Andrew at Trusty here http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?ma...products_id=531 and a SS Sub Beginmariner from Josh at Perfect Clones here http://www.1-pc8838.com/rlss10009-black-be...ing-p-6253.html. Both reps are excellent cosmetically but are let down by crap movements. The 21J in the SMP in particular is painful to watch and runs fast. Is it feasable for me to upgrade the movements to Asian ETA 2824-2 clones? If so where is the best place to buy these movements and will a high street jeweller fit them for me (and how much would they charge?!).
