In NY State the same candidates can run for multiple political parties, and we have many, that was only the left side. 99.9% of people will vote for the major party, but if you voted for Biden as the Working Families candidate, he would get your vote toward the State Electors, but the Democratic Party wouldn't get any credit for a vote, same with the Conservative Party and Trump. There was also a Libertarian (no idea who are the candidates), Socialist, Green, Independence and SAM. It's ridiculous and confusing, but that's par for the course in this country So you fill in the circles with a pen, then take the paper ballot to a scanner, scan it in yourself and you're done. I'm surprised there isn't a fax machine involved. Quote Ha. Seems like China is voting too. All the standard ballots are in the three most common languages, English, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese, which has many dialects. You can request one in 40 or so other languages, this is NYC after all. I voted in Yiddish once just because I could. There's probably a Ginger one, which they promptly put in the bin. Still, a great watch! Even though it lay undisturbed for a long, long, time, the movement fired right up when it was picked up and waved around for a few seconds.
