Updated!: Modified a watch box, to make it Panerai specific.

Found a rather nice watch box recently. 

wanted to make it a bit more “Pam-related”. And a bit more vintage. 

so I bought brass latch and some corner protectors. I then also got an engraving firm to make me up a plaque for the top. I put a branded and embossed bit of leather on the inside, then finally aged the brass with some liver of sulphur. 
 

Here is the finished result, complete with some of my pams....

There is one big drawback. There should be straps in the pocket ;):)

Yes, there should be.

Just wanted to show off the "badge" inside.

At the moment, the pocket has one spare strap, a screwdriver, and some polishing cloths.......

You can use a piece of suede instead of fabric. Suede works much better without chemicals
