JaceyBoy 10 Posted January 28, 2021 Hi Guys, Ive had a 45.5m Noob PO for around 3 years now which I love, but have always fancied getting a Chrono version, but seem to remember a few threads about the A7750 modified movement has issues, and I dont really want any of that!, has anything changed?, am I better off sticking with what I have or maybe go to a VSF factory watch? Thanks

deju 1,837 Posted February 28, 2021 Personally, I've had 2 a7750 fuck up on me. I also had 2 watches with A7750 that were ace. I feel its a bit like flipping a coin, obviously getting a non chrono version is safer. But if the watch you want is chrono, get it. Just be careful with it setting the time and avoid running the chrono!
SteveA 305 Posted February 28, 2021 I’ve got a Brietling SA a7750 for maybe 4 years, unused chrono no issues. ive got an Omega Seamaster Chrono a7750 for about 4 months, frozen chrono only seconds running. This was running slow but adjusted it and its fine, works a treat . So although a7750 gets a bad rap ,there are obviously some good ones out there
Meatwad 20 Posted April 10, 2021 I have a stack of dead 7750s and my pumpkin 45.5 was the latest victim. Very upsetting as it just happened yesterday.
