1675 Build

I'm planning on doing a 1675 build in a few weeks, so I figured that I'd get everything sorted out well beforehand. 

I'm going for function over accuracy, and not looking to spend crazy money, so I'm starting with a BP base from Toro, and replacing the crystal and cyclops. I'd also like to get a new dial from Rafflesdials, and a new set of Superluminova hands. I've read that a new dial might necessitate a seconds hand with a long pinion? 

I've also considered having someone relume a set of hands and the Raffles dial, just so they match, and so that the watch can double as a torch

Also, what bracelet does it generally come on? I know you can choose between jubilee and oyster, but what about folded vs. riveted?
