downfromtheglen 0 Posted June 15, 2011 So I've been in touch with Mary about the availability of watches with a functioning tourbillon. She can source the following 4 models, all $500 plus. Ska wrote up one of the JLC's, and I'm leaning toward that one, based on his review and, well, because I like the look of it. Read his review here: http://www.replica-watches-guide.com/forum...urbillon+review Any thoughts on any of these watches? By the way, the pictures from Mary are copyrighted. I think that's fucking hilarious. NUMBER 1 NUMBER 2 NUMBER 3 NUMBER
Member X 91 Posted June 15, 2011 Number 1 for me. Classy, simple, uncluttered, and excellent build quality according to the reviews. The others... Gold will wear off, dial on number 2 is a bit cluttered for my taste, and number 4 is not the prettiest skeleton ever seen! lol All IMHO, of course
SeanusMaximus 0 Posted June 15, 2011 Definitely number one, it's gorgeous! What's the price on that one mate?

downfromtheglen 0 Posted June 15, 2011 Definitely number one, it's gorgeous! What's the price on that one mate? Waiting to hear back from Mary on prices for all, but it's definitely over $500.
Legger 0 Posted June 15, 2011 It's got to be number 1. It oozes class.
Kaiser 4 Posted June 15, 2011 Definately number 2, the hands appear to be less off-centre than number 1, if not completely centered. Also the tourbillon looks nicer IMO Good luck with the choice!
SB56667 155 Posted June 15, 2011 Absolutely. Number 1. Cleanest, most balanced, a winner all around.
crewldude 0 Posted June 15, 2011 Gotta go with number 1 as well. Does Mary still have this Breguet available? http://www.replica-watches-guide.com/forum...showtopic=10079 Or this Roger Dubuis? http://www.replica-watches-guide.com/forum...showtopic=10076 Nice watches, but may not be your taste. Nice RD, but a little too much going on there. I don't think these are still available. She said these 4 are all that are available at the moment. I'm thinking it'll end up being the first JLC posted above. I'm hoping the price will be closer to $500 than to $600.
mackie- 4 Posted June 15, 2011 Number 1 for me too. Really sexy JL. Another awesome Tourbillon is the Hublot Big Bang King Power model. I think that is a piece of art but I haven't seen a rep around here. I'm gonna check with Mary if she has something to offer... Anyway, number 1 :P
Ska 11 Posted June 15, 2011 Def no. 1 obviously. :P

AlphaLima 17 Posted June 23, 2011 (edited) Do they do No.1 without the tourbillon? That's quite an understated yet classy watch. That's up there with the RailMaster in my eyes. EDIT: How much was the Radiomir? Edited June 23, 2011 by AlphaLima

EDIT: How much was the Radiomir? Not sure if there's a non-tourby model of this one. But if it's out there, Mary can find it. The Radiomir is a budget model--$88 plus shipping and such.
