Managing Followed Content

Glad to be back checking out all content and  the great images of everyone's pieces.  
 

Question regarding Followed Content: Probably pretty easy to solve, but is there a way to go to the first unread post on Content that I follow?

Cheers chaps. 

On the home screen, go to the activity tab, my activity, content I follow. Sorting defaults to newest first.
