Quite seriously, what is actually new about any of those?

Old GMT hand was orange only in a half way, now it is orange everywhere :giggle:

On the other hand some of the Tudor 2021 black bay stuff is nice.

I wonder if their trying to nudge people onto tudor by creating dull incarnations of rolex sports models.

I always had the impression that this was their unspoken business model. They do have the image of the affordable Rolex alternative, plus they don't innovate almost at all. It does not look like a company that wants to change the perception of its brand. Look at their Instagram account - BB, BB, BB and one more time BB.

I'm happy with the BB's :)

Who is gonna buy a £12k Gold Tudor you can get Bluesy Sub cheaper?

Crazy price on the 36mm two tone explorer its more than the 42mm Exp 2?

Oh wow, that is something......  Has a tiny bit of steampunk look, especially the second side dial.

Ha but you see the strategy is to buy it then patiently wait for John Mayer to go wax lyrical about it on Hodinkee Talking Watches and see your ‘investment’ grow!

That would be some investment on a Tudor, but, stranger things, as is an investment, for sure these things won't be flying off the shelves (I wouldn't have thought given the mixed response to their release) but will be like the champagne baton and black on gold Daytona....

oh - just remembered..... this is a Tudor we're talking about...

Rolex : :Sleepy:

Tudor : Really nice Silver & Taupe, really appealing, but not a revolution either

Breitling : All has been said, ballsy but quite the exact copy of the Patek, almost look like a failed rep

JLC : That is one sweet, unreppable, watch !

So when will these be available from your friendly TD, 2 months?

Prediction: The TD's are going to keep selling the 216570 as is, but add 20% and call it a 226570

Im a fan of the new explorer1 (steel)

But I cannot understand why Rolex has now dropped all of its 39mm watches across the Explorer1 and Oyster Perp range...!

39mm was a sweet spot for many.

Now we’re just left with 36mm which is on the verge of too small, and 41mm on verge of too big (without bezel)

I agree

I think it will sell very good with the offering and the pricepoint. I cant decide which one looks better, white or black dial

Since this thread kind of turned into Releases 2021 anyway... Have you guys seen the new Panerai line-up?

PAM01225 looks nice. Reminds me of PAM799 just in a bit more wearable size of 44mm.

Hmmm ....

I'll move your post there ;)

Yeah, thanks. My apologies, I realised that there is a non-Rolex/Tudor 2021 releases thread after submitting this post and could not remove it myself.
