Crown Guards - The Good and the Bad!

Hi all:

Had the privilege of getting two PAM for buying consideration. As I compared the 2 watches, there was some stark differences in the finishing of the crown guards so thought I will highlight that for all newbies to take note when you purchase your PAM.

The "Good" one on the left closes tight and almost flushes with the side of the watch and opening it takes some effort with your index finger nail.

The "Bad" one on the right has about 1mm gap. There is just some ugly possibilities of it catching a strand of thread on your woolen sweater and ruining it. Running a finger over it will just flick it to a half opened position. The plus is that it's easier to open compared to the Good one but does not give me a secure feeling. Perhaps some grinding on the inside groove may allow it to sit tighter.

So pay some attention to how tight the CG closes when you buy your next PAM.
