I don't know much about watch repairing, can this be repaired?

Hello. I dropped my watch again today and I guess I broke something related to the minute hand.

The watch is still working except the minute hand just falls down or moves whenever I move my hand or rotate the watch so it became useless. I can still control the minute hand with the crown but like I said as soon as I fix it the minute hand falls down again.

Can this be repaired? If so, around how long does it take and around how much will it cost, I mean expensive enough so I should get a new watch or not so expensive?

Lastly I'm not into watch repairing so I don't have any repair kits etc but could this be repaired at home?

PS by falling down I mean the hand is still connected into the middle part of the watch but it just kinda hangs there.

Hand just needs re-seating - they are only push / pressure fitted so someone needs to strip it down and reseat it.
