Here for HUMPDAY this recently purchased but rarely worn MONDAINE BIG DATE QUARTZ WATCH on black leather I've always wanted & Jomashop made possible during one of their nice sales. I never realized just how classy the watch wore on the 'ole wrist and how easy it is to read the time. The only puzzle left to solve is HOW TO SET THE CORRECT DATE!! So far, searches have been useless. dave: Mondaine are iconic, aren’t they? I love mine, the simplicity and design make it something I stare at all day when I wear it. I have the no date version though. On the date setting, it should be a 2 step crown the same as any other watch with a date complication. I find it difficult to set too because the crown has no knurled edge, just polished, it’s tricky and fiddly to say the least. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
