Cheers - can't believe it's 45mm though - seems smaller. At the side of my 46mm Big Pilot it looks tiny! Not usually a fan of Nato's, but feel this does belong on one, although if it stays in the collection I may be tempted with a metal strap.
Redfire1066 10,946 Posted November 9, 2021 @Cap'n I was not a fan of the leather strap mines came with . .. . I had chose a tropic strap for my Bulova which was great . . but not perfect for the look . .. as it was on an ISoframe strap for a while . .. . . . but the best was a Para Strap .. . looked fabulous and super, super comfortable. Watch sizes are a bit of mysterious magic to me . ... I am still taken back the way some sizes wear over others . .. ... the 36mm Rolex datejust is a obvious classic example for me .. .. wearing bigger than it looks .. .. yet I have Paneria and 50mm plus dive watches that seem to look much smaller than there actual size, wear easily and with a good fit on the wrist . . . is is truly mysterious .. . Doxa Searambler series seems to wear much small to me despite the case sizes .. . because of the smaller dial ... . .. I suppose though, there are many other factors that contribute to make up the look, size and feel on the wrist for real. . .. .
