Pesman 9,461 Posted November 3, 2021 Just hadSimonix round for coffee and some watch chat...as a result the collection came out of the safe...so I decided to try and tidy it up a bit and show it in all its glory The result is 4 boxes mostly sorted by rep and gen and ordered to satisfy my OCD... I wont go into specific detail but my 'type' is pretty clear...I have also pasted my tracker lists which are fairly up to date so you can play watchsearch as you see fit! Missing is the Yacht Club I'm wearing today and the PAM P2P which is off to a new home Inbound is a Tudor Bronze rep, a gen Glycine Bronze and a couple of 007 Omegas... Enjoy Box 1 - The eclectic box - Gen NH35 Tool watches, some lesser known brands, my 2 Hamiltons and 3 larger reps Box 2 - the rest of the gens includings Tags, Omegas, Breitlings and Bremonts plus two C65 CW's Box 3 reps - Breitling, IWC and. a few single brands Box 4 reps - Omega, Tudor, Blancpain and Tag My Gen List My Rep list I need more wrists!....but really happy with this now...but there is always more... BM284 1,520 Posted November 3, 2021 Wow! What a beautiful collection you have! Out of curiosity, how long has it taken you to build that magnificent stable?
Pesman 9,461 Posted November 3, 2021 Wow! What a beautiful collection you have! Out of curiosity, how long has it taken you to build that magnificent stable? The first mechanical was a CW Harrison automatic in Feb 13. Since then I've bought and sold 160 odd gens and around 100 reps...that's around £160k spent on gens over 8 years with a total loss of around £6k - mainly on 2 bad new purchases! Reps are much easier around £20k spend for an overall loss of £600. Interestingly had they been gens I'd have spent over £600k! The longest surviving gen is the Omega PO from Casino Royale bought in Sep 2013 and still an absolute favourite and the oldest Rep the IWC Top Gun Chronograph bought in Sep 2013 as well.. Tastes have stayed pretty similar being ex RAF, military is king! Sent from my SM-G977B using Tapatalk

Over-rated and over-priced. Bought for all the wrong reasons by people with more money than imagination! 'Nuff said? That said the Explorer is great but the gen is ridiculous money for what it is...IMHO...£8-12k?? Sent from my SM-G977B using Tapatalk

gooner2826 159 Posted November 12, 2021 Some collection mate, what’s your most worn out of them would you say? im always a creature of habit so the collection would be wasted on me!
Pesman 9,461 Posted November 12, 2021 My two gen Omegas and Bremonts especially the Alt 1 ZT/51 Rep wise the Tags I do force myself to rotate them though...although someone would just lob me £50k and take them away so I could relax! Cap'n 930 Posted November 18, 2021 That is one fantastic collection, and I can say from experience you certainly know how to look after them. I do need to show this to head office though as she thinks I have too many with 12!

I've just shown this to my Head Office, as I have a bunch of watches coming my way so it's a good time to start preparing the ground for landing.....
