Funny that this old watch gets so many likes :)

It is my fathers first watch he buyed after graduading to a Dr. - sadly he died last year, so his watch is a memory, even it is not worth many € … but it is memory :)

A wonderful keepsake. I have such a watch from my father. He wore it everyday untill his passing last year. A treasured remembrance with a permanent spot in my watchbox.

These genuinely touching stories of treasured hand-me-downs serve as a reminder to me that when my old dad eventually passes on (he's into his nineties now and still - touch wood - going strong) I'll be the lucky recipient of his horological assemblage; around 30 of the finest plastic quartz timepieces, a battered Sekonda dress watch with virtually opaque plexi, and two £30 Gate Specials I gave him in order to raise the overall standard (and increase the value by an order of magnitude) of the collection.

So you're telling me the secret to longevity isn't watches?!?

Cancel my orders Mary, we're going in a different direction!

Welcome to PAMSDAY, Gang! Today's ride is PAM 6567 w, a sandwich dial on a dark chocolate strap. Have had this for a long time; one of the favorites; no I don't remember when and from whom I secured it. Just an easy-to-read charmer. dave:

Hey @dave47

That's the Seiko 7T92-0CF0 "Flightmaster" Quartz Chronograph. And very handsome it is too Dave! Lovely sunburst blue.

THANK YOU P!  As soon as I saw the model name, I remembered it immediately. THANK YOU!!  Now, if only I can remember how to get to the bathroom in the house!  heh!
