sonicd0012 0 Posted June 24, 2011 (edited) Got my first rep today! This is the latest gorgeous original non ceramic Swiss ETA TT Blue Sub from Andrew. Transaction went very smooth with him! Highly recommend him. This is a 14K Wrapped Version. The blue color is outstanding! I am no watch expert by any means, but I do know a few things about what a high quality rep should have after reading up here. I am a very picky guy but I cannot really pick out anything from this watch that is wrong. Lume isnt very bright (sorry no lume picture taken) but to, me no big deal. Links needed some silicone oil to loosen up the links. Links are sharp, but wont cut up your wrist by any means. I tried to file them down a bit but no success, very time consuming. Crown sits super tight, hand sweeps super smooth. I have seen the GEN and this looks identical. I cannot imagine anyone calling you out unless you hand it over to a veteran AD, but why would you ? Ceramic bezel version has the bezel/insert that is ceramic, but is not made with 14K wrap : ( I've always loved this watch. I bought my 100% wrapped, not plated, TT Sub more than 3 years ago, sides are SS, not a gold. Need to ask specialists, who know it for sure. As it is in description "gold wrapped" is what i bought. I have seen gold plated ones, and those do not have the full links covered around with gold, only the top layer. So you made the decision after the review? Not a cheap purchase, but why compromise if you want to rock something this nice and feel good about it, right?
