WorkerBee 0 Posted December 21, 2021 I have had this watch for over ten years. I removed the bezel when I bought the watch as the click-ball was gone and the spring was jammed into the bottom of the bezel. I found a spring and ball and installed them and for many years had no problem. The assembly always seemed to have some slack between the case and the bezel. As long as I pushed the bezel down before rotating it I had no problems. Recently the bezel came off when i was wearing it. Fortunately I felt it inside my sleeve and retrieved it. The ball was pushed down into the hole and seemed to be rusted in place. I was able to loosen it and get it out and discovered that the spring had rusted. Obviously not stainless. I have read posts on other sites about there being some kind of gasket required between the bezel and case. Does anyone have any insight on this? Or do I just buy a new ball and spring and put it back together? Thanks.
