Exotic skins that I use to make my straps.

Some people wonder why the cost of exotic animal hide straps varies so much between manufacturers.
One reason is where and how the skins are made (factory or artisanal dressing of hides).
If you buy a $60 crocodile leather strap, it means it's made from illegally poached skins.
I only use certified hides in my work.
Here are some of the recent arrivals

^ Exquisite! @TanGo works with exotic hide patterns better than any other strap maker I've seen.

I'm going to get a couple different style straps out of that ray, do you think you can make something super modern and simplistic like this?

Rolex Submariner on Rowstone Stingray

Not for a Rolex of course, but I really like this look. But I wonder how difficult/durable it would be with no stitching?

Intresting

Do you do ferret skin?  The gingery red kind? Or is that considered common and not exotic?

OMG! I have never seen a ray strap with so, so many polished pearls. That’s soooo BEAUTIFUL.

@TanGo if you can source ray skins with pearls like this for both sides, I’m all yours, Heart & Soul.

Please let me know.

@TanGo - these exotic leathers look incredible.

Have you tried making any straps for the Linde Werdelin?
