bmccoupe 0 Posted January 30, 2022 (edited) Received my first rep from Mary 2 weeks ago (IWC 327006) V7F. Arrived dead on arrival, wound it manually, put it on my winder, no-go. After a few semi-hard taps, I got it going. All was well, until: After 2 weeks, watch stopped again when I woke up in the morning, after wearing it all day before Decided to open the case back after a couple taps did not get it going again Noticed there is no "engraved" movement which I was shocked to see Can someone confirm if this is supposed to be a engraved movement? I looked at various rep websites and all have an engraved movement Did I receive a different factory altogether? Checked M+F and that too is an engraved movement I would have wanted to send this in for service or request a credit from Mary but hear it's not a good idea to send it back at all Any thoughts?
