tonyrome0225 0 Posted June 27, 2011 Good evening to all, i have admired International Watch Co. for quite some time now and was looking at a portuguese chronogragh with an asian valjoux 7750 movement. Can anyone tell me if this is a decent movement? I hope that i'm starting in the right direction. Please advise.

Anything that has a7750 with seconds at 6 or 12 are suspect.
AlphaLima 17 Posted June 27, 2011 Plenty of asian movements are OK. For chronographs, you really need to be looking at quarts for reliability. The issue with the movement mentioned lies with it having seconds @ 6.
