@Perfect Clones Jos Nanna, are you seriously telling me your staff can not tell if a watch is VSF or not? Either you need new staff or we need a new dealer to replace you because that is NOT an acceptable level of service. 
There is no excuse for the noncommital email you sent, I need a reply to this ASAP and that reply will explain what you intend to do to address the issue and make sure this crap does NOT happen in the future.
