Anyone know what I did here?

I read up on regulating and regulated my cheap Coke GMT Master with crappy modified 2813 movement and got it to -1 second per day on timegrapher app and in real life after 24 hours. So I tried to regulate my BP Batman GMT Master with 3804 movement. It was around +7 seconds per day and I got it down to +3 seconds per day. I tried to regulate it one more time to see if I could get it to zero. I slipped off the lever and poked something and it stopped running. I thought I broke the hairspring and removed the stem and as soon as I removed the stem it started working. Then I couldn't reinsert the stem. It goes in and turns the GMT hand forward and the hour and minute hands backwards and won't lock in. Any ideas what I did there and can I fix it?

Don’t know what you poked, but it sounds like the keyless works is now screwed. It can be reset ( in theory). I would rather have a root-canal than work on a 3804b keyless.

My favorite keyless to reset.

No telling what you did with the poke but the keyless is screwed.

Don’t think I have ever successfully reset a 3804b keyless. The movement is perpetually on my eBay watchlist. Replacement is always one click away
