007 Ti CrPO fantasy prop

I read about this lifetime magazine on another forum Issue 22, 2020

Decided to pick one up on eBay 

It reminded me of this build and I can’t remember if I have shared it here yet.

I had read that Daniel Craig actually wore a custom movie prop watch which was a titanium version of the black 42mm Planet Ocean.

I happen to have a spare noob Crpo with a wonky ghosting crystal and after looking for a couple years found a Ti Crpo here on RWG. It was well loved and had a few bezel insert scratches. I had always wanted a fantasy version of the movie prop so threw the black parts on the Ti case.

I will see if I can dig up some other photos later of the build as I had weighed some parts and I’m pretty sure the bezels were not easily interchangeable. Here is some pics of the mag and this Ti CrPO

This is amazing. I wanted to do this myself. I had a black gen dial and vsf crpo black bezel but could never find the old bp tipo to be able to use as the donor watch. I’m jealous.
