The first watch of the new week is this newly purchased TIMEX FAIRFIELD panda-style chronograph (quartz) from a seller on eBay. The purchase was easy, the shipment was speedy, and the whole watch was packaged securely. Most all the subdials function clearly and cleanly. The only subdial that does not seem to work is the 1/20 dial at the 2: o'clock position, but it's no loss really. The large chrono seconds hand ticks when activated and the accumulated minutes subdial at the 10 o'clock position functions well. The dial and its markings have no illumination, but that is no big loss. At $28.95 it was a good buy; and lately, I've been purchasing inexpensive gen watches because, quite frankly, replicas have b ecome quite expensive. dave: 7 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
