Dendo 93 Posted July 2, 2011 Reads to me as if ... Eterna created ETA. ETA was acquired by Swatch and is still owned by Swatch. Eterna still makes watches and it is this part of the company that is now owned by the Chinese company. I think ETA is still owned by Swatch - unless I am wrong.
