GMF vs Clean

Can someone either explain the difference between GMF and Clean Factories or if there is already a thread point me in the correct direction. Thank you

I was looking at the Rolex Wimbledon.  I havent purchased a rep in a while they both seem to be the same spec wise just different factory. The Clean is $50 more than the GMF

The Rolex Wimbledon caught my eye.  The last time I bought a representative, I noticed that they were all almost same except for the manufacturer.
