It is a PE50 movement You can't really get to the gear since its basically sealed in the movement. Someone on RWI said they took it apart and plucked out the wheel that drives the 2 oclock subdial? Maybe you can pop that plastic off and get to the gears but it seems a long shot getting it back together. Maybe if you take the datewheel off you can get to the gear? You could clip off the pinion and glue the hand to the dial but that's just butchering it and you would probably mess it up.
