Does anybody know the Lug hole diameter of a Datejust 16220?

And the difference in a Raffles Drilled Lug case.

I believe it's somewhere between .0427mm and 17.6974mm

There was a member BabaNJ that would know, as he's built a bucket load of these, but I can't find his name any more?

On DSSD I drilled them 1.25 or 1.3mm to fit gen-like springbar (which I don't remember if they're 1.2 or 1.25mm...)

Dammit you all know me too well.

When I’m massacring Rolex vintage cases, I do it using a 1.3mm drill bit, AKA The Ruinator.

So are we saying Vintage Datejust cases also have 2mm Springbars like the Sports models?

Oh I have absolutely no idea about that. If it was me, I'd just do it, and then find out afterwards that 2mm bars aren't designed for DJs. And the way I'd probably find that out is by Googling it.

I believe vintage datejust cases use the same springbars that vintage daytonas do.  1.8mm

That means the hole isn't 1.2mm and the one from raffles is probably fine the way it is.
