Theduke.williams 1,039 Posted June 13, 2023 Shit Perry, that's a real pisser. Hope things work out for you, I know it can be a hard recovery but the body can adapt, sometimes quite remarkably. I had my stroke in August 2022, and all I was concerned about was being able to get back on my motorbike, which I thought would never happen. I was one of the fortunate ones, and made a remarkable recovery, and only suffer with altered feeling down my left arm, and sometimes debilitating fatigue. It has forced me out of full time work, but hey, I have been able to ride my motorbike again, so with my enforced life of leisure, and this glorious weather, it has been a win for me (I think). Get well soon my friend.

Northants has a specialist stroke team and they have been amazing. I will need to work back up to a Breitling! Fingers are main concern but I am staying positive and hopefully home today.sleep will make all the difference. ISent from my iPad using Tapatalk
