sppedmaster moon Movement - to make 6:00 subdial work

Love the moonwatch but can afford a Genuine one,  so looking to buy a replica., with the three subdials.

But this seems to be pretty a standard on the current models.
"The Venus 75 Manual Wind movement does not have a functional 6:00 subdial needle. It will follow the hour hand movement."

Is there a non gen mechanical movement i could put in to make all subdials including the 6:00 subdial work. as a gen would. ?

No all you can do is freeze the subdial at 6 so it does not move.
