Is there a way for me as a buyer to secure myself against getting scammed by using paypal as middle man? like saying the watch that arrived isnt matching and then would paypal stop the funds going to seller? If not, then what are the right questions to ask prior, ive heard the "buy the seller not the watch" a lot, how then to determine if the seller is of the right calibre? thanks!
