Pesman 9,461 Posted November 25, 2023 As part of my recent move away from reps towards homages, I have spent a while considering an equivalent for my much missed SDDS Deep Blue. I nearly ordered the best rep at around $400 when I came across this beauty, the OceanX Sharkmaster 1000. An American company producing an exact dimensioned 'homage' that included 1000WR and a working Helium Escape valve i.e. identical specs, less the wait, heritage and about £15k. So I'll be able, hopefully one day, to take this swimming with me.It's a stunner, and if I sell a few more watches and finally get working again the 'red' version will join it.
