chrisb2010 0 Posted March 2 (edited) Working with a miss delivered package with Steve after being put through hoops to create tickets with fed ex because package was delivered incorrectly seems like I’m talking to 20 different people on what’s app, first I’m asked to contact fed ex at a customer service number where I am told only the shipper can create a mis delivered claim, I explain to someone at Steves what’s app and they give me another number to call and ask for proof of claim .. I explain again to Steve’s operators and now they claim shipper will not assist with anything because package shows delivered on there side . So bottom Line if a package is misdelivered do not expect any support from Steve or his mysterious shipper because they already got paid Edited March 2 by chrisb2010 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

FudgyDocker 3,500 Posted March 6 Steve is a top dealer. If there is a problem with a delivery, then maybe it is out of his control. However, with intervention from mods to understand the issue, I'm pretty sure that an amicable and satiisfactory solution can be reached.
