onzenuub 309 Posted July 30, 2009 Received a pm from Precious Time that the watch is in UK, so I will hope to receive it soooooooooooooooooooooooon. But Precious Time is the UK. So in other words, he hasn't shipped it yet. HI Friend Today i shipped out the Tag to you Tracking number is ********************** IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS As this is a day date watch, you must remember when setting the date, make sure you adjust the time so that the hour hand lays between 5 o'clock and 7 o'clock. You can then adjust the date. Once the date is adjusted you should then adjust the correct time. If you adjust the date when the hour hand is between 8 and 4 o'clock, it can cause the date wheel to freeze. So make sure you follow the instructions carefully. This applies to all IWC, Tag, Breitling watches with Day Date configuration. Regards PT

FBV 0 Posted August 7, 2009 nothing is spurnning me to buy another watch brand/model. so i am focused to commission and buy custom made dials of brand name watches (panerai) to secure a truly one of a kind watch. currently commissioned and waiting for a custom dial fiddy from a watch dial artist on another forum. the dial will be customized showing off ohio stadium ... home field for the 2002 national football champion buckeyes it'll go from this to a dial with this GO BUCKS! example of another custom dial watch (using a 111 sandwich dial) that was done by the same artist ... my NYC tribute watch from this picture to the 111 dial
houndoggie 58 Posted August 8, 2009 Hey VGHM... er FBV... The Ohio State one should look good... Yggdrasil does some fine work. Here is my custom dial:
JohnG 41 Posted August 8, 2009 I should start doing painted dials. I can do anything! Maybe I will do a 111 sausage dial where the numberals are small painted penises - I have a friend in Boston who paints lots of nude males and sells them to the gay community, makes a LOT of money - he sold a set of two(very polished) charcoal drawings for 15k, I shit you not, to a gay couple. So what you guys think? A penis dial for the 111?
greg_r 83 Posted August 8, 2009 uhm.... I'll pass. I'm sure Onze would like a boobies dial, though
