daniel8888 0 Posted July 19, 2011 My crown on the rolex dssd is somehow damaged, got a new one replaced by the dealer. My question is: do i need a stem too and how do i change it?
KeNnY 29 Posted July 19, 2011 just hold the stem as near as possible to the crown with some pliers, watch out not to BREAK the stem !! And just unscrew the crown from that stem. THen add some marine epoxy glue to the hole of the new crown, screw in the stem, leave it dry for few hours, assemble and enjoy !
daniel8888 0 Posted July 19, 2011 Sounds easy, but im afraid ill damage anything :/ Never done this before..

gottahaverolex 0 Posted July 19, 2011 If you break it PM me, I have an already assembled DSSD crown and stem you can have. It's for a 21j movement though.
