Welcome to a happy LABOR DAY, the unofficial end of summer (which I truly wonder where it went!)Today's ride (and possibly tomorrow's) is this specific ROLEX SUBMARINER. The blue and gold is my ultimate favorite Rolex & am glad I have it. Several years ago while on a cruise, I actually handled and wore the gen; and my generous wife offer to BUY it for me; after the sales clerk told her its price was $12,000 excluding tax, the expression on her face was priceless; besides, I told her I wouldn't spend that much on a watch, to reassure her from her shock.
