B5GLX 0 Posted August 20, 2012 Great tips. I tried the WD40 on my bracelet and it made a noticeable improvement!
trumpet39 0 Posted September 8, 2012 Can you put WD 40 on a rep gold bracelet?
deadmeat 0 Posted September 10, 2012 I've been using Teflon "Dry Lube" spray on the bracelets. While "Dry Lube" isn't something you want to hear in the locker room, it's been working wonders on the watches.

JoePeace 0 Posted December 10, 2012 Nice thread thanks very much! Does anyone knows how much swiss eta 7750 differs to the Asian 7750? Can I use these directions to service Asian 7750? :http://www.eta.ch/swisslab/7750/7750.html
Member X 91 Posted December 10, 2012 As the Asian is a copy of the Swiss, I would imagine that both can be serviced in the same way.

JoePeace 0 Posted December 12, 2012 My first rep is on way now, I think I'll do this check up before I'd use it after hearing about fallen rotors and screws here and there. Thanks for posting this, much appreciated, great help to a noob!
JoePeace 0 Posted December 12, 2012 "Now it's time to check the movement tab screws, a check if the hairspring isn't tangeled and quick look with the eye loupe for dust, pubichairs etc....." Is there any way you could go into a bit more detail about this step? I've never really done anything like that to any of my watches. +

dejavu157 0 Posted December 14, 2012 How tight do you screw the bracelet? I tightened it till i feel a tiny pressure and stop, but then the bracelets is very stiff. when i loosen it a little the bracelet is fine, but then i feel the screw is too loose. dejavu157 0 Posted December 18, 2012 Just a reminder that doing this QC check voids exchange and returns no matter what the issue.
oXdanXo 0 Posted December 21, 2012 Damn, twisting the ball to get the back off is too hard.
FLArch 0 Posted January 5, 2013 Thank you for doing this, the first one I bought stopped working within one week. I remember getting flamed like crazy when I reported it here on the forum, and also the disappointment that I felt stunk to the highest oh heavens! craftech 0 Posted January 5, 2013 Damn, twisting the ball to get the back off is too hard. First warm up your caseback by placing watch on a hotwater bag for couple of minutes and then try again with ball.
