Akira 0 Posted July 25, 2011 Finally some pics of the new Nautilus I bought for my dad as a birthday gift. All I can say, with all the reps that have passed me this one is the most impressive one. Quality is just great. It's quite accurate and well finished. You can buy it with confidence......a real managers watch! His wristies I envy him a little for this stunner

Member X 91 Posted July 25, 2011 That is really nice - this is the new non-MBK version, isn't it? With the SW200 and correct DW position? I have always been tempted by these but I just don't know if it would suit me. The good thing about your dad having it is that you can borrow it back ;) lol
Luthier 1 Posted July 25, 2011 Mov't? Size? Dealer? Price? Looks really great on the wrist.

Aside from the back being solid, how is my MBK version different? Just curious. I am having back monogrammed, so I don't mind the fact that I can't see the movement and the lack of gen detail. JVK 0 Posted July 25, 2011 Fantastic piece, mate! Looks really really nice. I have one in rose gold & grey dial coming from Mary. The OEM alligator strap should be delivered within 48 hours.
Akira 0 Posted July 25, 2011 Mov't? Size? Dealer? Price?Looks really great on the wrist. SW200. 42mm. MarvellousReplica. Depending on your business relationship with him (better than most other dealers though) I think so too, my dad like his watches to be thin,

Akira 0 Posted July 25, 2011 Aside from the back being solid, how is my MBK version different? Just curious. Take a good look at the gen dial, at the MBK dial and at the new versions dial. Markers are different and date position on the MBK is incorrect.
Member X 91 Posted July 25, 2011 The 'railtrack' round the outside of the MBK dial is correct only if it's a chrono version in the gen, but still looks good even if it's not 100% accurate to gen on the non-chrono rep JVK - how much has a gen alligator strap set you back?!? Depending on your business relationship with him (better than most other dealers though) I think so too, my dad like his watches to be thin, SW-200 or SW-200-1? SW-200 had a lot of problems, and Sellita replaced it with SW-200-1, mov't without these problems. That's what I've read.
wat44 0 Posted July 26, 2011 the pic looks like 200-1 (I have heard sw200 had probs too, although we may have just read the same thing!)

This week I forked up 550 USD for a custom alligator strap from ABP, so it's not THAT expensive.
Akira 0 Posted July 26, 2011 You're absolutely correct, wat. Naturally you are a 100% right. It's a SW200-

webvan 0 Posted September 27, 2011 (edited) Very nice, shape seems a tad off though, not sure why, maybe a bit too round? Is it this one http://www.1-pc8838.com/pp00004s-nautilis-...iss-p-9860.html (a bit cheaper here : http://www.puretimewatch.com/product/nauti...edition-sw200/) I've had the MBK version for a few years and really like its feel. I'm not too bothered by the "boxes" around the dial but don't really care for the green tint in the center of the burnt dial. Also the fact that it can't easily be opened to adjust the rate. Tempted to get that new one...has anyone compared it with the MBK side by side? Edited September 27, 2011 by webvan
