greg_r 83 Posted July 30, 2009 Oh, and the "auto 6497" is just an auto, not a 6497 at all (seller is using what is called "key word spamming") - I actually pm'd this guy a while ago about one watch, said, "is this auto or is it 6497?" - they are autos, he just puts 6497 in there so his watches show up in keyword searches that include "6497". Ah, okay - well, it had to be one way or the other (I've bought from this guy, but not a watch). Thanks for the clarification, John.

JohnG 41 Posted July 31, 2009 Really went wild there in the last few minutes.... Somebody got impatient, they started a back and forth that ended at $64.01 Amazing how people can't understand the concept of "don't telegraph your intentions"...

Somebody got impatient, they started a back and forth that ended at $64.01 Amazing how people can't understand the concept of "don't telegraph your intentions"... yea no kidding - but considering the quality of the case/bracelet, still a decent deal (especially when shipping is a more than fair $10) what's the cheapest you got one for? I thought this one might go for cheaper but nope... If I see another will let you know, but Cust_watch is moving away from listing watches on the Bay - must have realized that we were all running over there to buy the same watches for much cheaper. PLEASE BUY IT. I don't want it to go to a stranger.

Went for super cheap! yeah, but I don't think any were running. Finding parts, repairing, can be a REAL PITA and some of those looked they had already been pilfered for parts.
