How to delaminate crystal from Omega

Recommended Posts

KeNnY

Hey all,

I need to delaminate laminated crystal, from my old Omega Ploprof. I want to use the sapphire thin crystal on next watch.

How to do it ? Soaking in water for 1 week no change in status.

Thank you for your inputs.

Heat works well too. Hold it over a gas stove for a few minutes and they'll slip apart ;)

Wait, is the laminated 2 pieces of crystal attached like a sandwich? If so, disregard my previous post.

Sorry bro, I misunderstood.
